Deliveries

Orders placed via our site are processed as quickly as possible, generally within a maximum of 48 working hours after the order has been placed. This period may be extended during periods of high activity or holiday periods.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

 

 

Deliveries in France (2 to 3 working days from dispatch)

Standard Colissimo home delivery is billed at €7 including tax.

Standard Colissimo delivery is free for orders over €100.

Deliveries in Europe* and in the DOM TOM (3 to 12 working days after dispatch)

Home delivery by Colissimo International is charged €15 including tax.

This amount does not take into account the possible examination by the customs services and the additional fees or taxes that maybe incurred. BDP1948 cannot be held responsible for additional costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

* Deliveries in Europe include member countries of the European Union as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway

International deliveries (4-14 business from after dispatch)

Home delivery by Colissimo International (outside Europe and DOM TOM) is charged €30 including tax.

This amount does not take into account the possible examination by the customs services and the additional fees or taxes that maybe incurred. BDP1948 cannot be held responsible for additional costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Currently, only a certain number of countries are affected by international deliveries and this list is subject to change. Please contact us directly for any additional information.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Withdrawal period & returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange for items that do not fit or suit.

To do this, simply send us an email at info@bdp1948.fr and follow the instructions.
 

Returns in mainland France

Return costs are free for all orders placed in mainland France.

In the case of an exchange, the delivery costs of the exchange are free of charge.

In the event of a request for a partial or total refund of your order, the initial delivery costs are non-refundable.

International returns (Europe, DOM TOM and rest of the world)

For returns outside mainland France, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of an exchange, the delivery of the exchange is free of charge.

In the event of a request for a partial or total refund of your order, the initial delivery costs are nonrefundable
